Training for Content Management Systems
A content management system is ideal for managing a website. The good thing is: the best CMS platforms are free! One of the best-known content management systems is called TYPO3. Although the backend of TYPO3 is relatively easy to use, there's occasionally a need for training to familiarize the staff who manage your website's editorial content with the content management system.
However, we don't just offer training for TYPO3 – we're also happy to advise and train you and your staff on other content management systems such as Joomla, WordPress or Drupal.
Ablauf und Inhalte unserer Schulungen
Unsere Schulungen richten sich an Redakteurinnen und Redakteure, die ihre Website künftig selbstständig pflegen möchten, ebenso wie an technische Teams, die tiefer in die Konfiguration eines Content Management Systems einsteigen wollen. Je nach Bedarf gestalten wir die Inhalte individuell, von den Grundlagen der Backend Bedienung bis zu fortgeschrittenen Themen wie Seitenstruktur, Rechteverwaltung oder der Arbeit mit Formularen.
Die Schulung findet wahlweise bei Ihnen vor Ort in Köln und Umgebung, remote per Videocall oder in unseren eigenen Räumen statt. Üblich sind Einheiten von zwei bis vier Stunden, bei größeren Teams teilen wir die Inhalte auch gerne auf mehrere Termine auf, damit das Gelernte sich setzen kann.
Im Anschluss erhalten Sie von uns eine kurze schriftliche Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten Schritte als Nachschlagewerk für den Alltag. Bei Rückfragen nach der Schulung stehen wir Ihnen über unseren Support weiterhin zur Seite.
Neben TYPO3 schulen wir auch zu Joomla, WordPress und Drupal, je nachdem, welches System Sie einsetzen.
